1. Payments

DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
A deposit equal to 5% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due upon landing of the aircraft in China.

Receipt of your deposit or final payment will indicate that you and your travel agent (if applicable) have read these terms and conditions and that you (and your agent) have accepted them.

The following terms and conditions form the basis of the contractual relationship between Jiangxi Province Good Hope International Travel Agency Limited (Business License No. L-JX-100040) and its clients. It is important that the client understands and accepts these terms and conditions, as well as the offers, itineraries and other related communications provided by our travel consultants.

2. Cancellation and refund policy

We understand that plans may change and we apologize if you need to cancel your trip. If you need to adjust your travel arrangements, please see the refund policy below:

■10 before departure: full refund of deposit (100%)
■Start of China trip: no refund
■No check-in: no refund (100% of cost)

Once your trip has started, we will not be able to provide a refund for unused services for the following reasons:

■Unwillingness or inability to participate
■Early Departure, Late Arrival or Missed Tour Dates

3. Change of itinerary

We are happy to make pre-booking itinerary changes at no charge. We will change your itinerary at no cost to you before you have started your China trip after paying the deposit. All costs incurred as a result of changing a booking are borne by China 365 Travel. This includes all fees charged by third parties such as rail operators, airlines and hotels.

4. Travel documents

All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and the necessary visas or permits at the start of the trip. All such documents are the responsibility of the client. Your travel consultant can assist you in obtaining the necessary travel documents upon request. China 365 Travel is not responsible for clients’ failure to obtain proper documentation.

5. Health requirements

Clients should consider all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with the health requirements of the areas they plan to visit. Clients are solely responsible for checking the safety and security status, vaccination status and other health requirements of the country/area they are visiting or transiting. Travelers to Tibet must provide a doctor’s certificate attesting that they are in good health with normal blood pressure and heart condition.
High altitudes may affect certain groups of people, so clients should assess their own level of health.

6. Baggage allowance

According to the regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance for passengers in China is 20 kilograms for economy class, 30 kilograms for business class and 40 kilograms for first class, plus a limited amount of hand baggage. Excess baggage charges are to be borne by the passengers themselves. It is a rule within China that all suitcases must be equipped with locks. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in airport staff refusing to check the suitcase onto the airplane.

7. Complaints and claims

If you are not satisfied with any service provided by China 365 Travel, please notify your 7×24 Travel Consultant or China 365 Trave Customer Service to avoid similar problems from happening again during your trip.

For any complaints or claims, you must notify us in writing via email within 10 days of the end of your trip. The claim letter must be accompanied by the relevant receipts and relevant supporting documents. china 365 Trave is not responsible for any claims made after 10 days from the end of the trip.

8. Responsibilities and obligations

China 365 Travel provides travel information and China travel booking services.China 365 Travel publishes travel information and services from selected quality hotels, air ticket agents as well as travel agencies and tour operators.China 365 Travel is not responsible for errors, omissions or accuracy of information provided by third party providers. China Highlights is not responsible for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided by third party providers.

China 365 Travel is not responsible for any error, negligence or fraud, omission, itinerary change, cancellation or failure of any equipment operated by the supplier or any other party not directly owned or controlled by China 365 Travel.

China Highlights shall not be liable for any loss of person or property, injury or damage, change of itinerary or partial or total cancellation of the trip due to climatic conditions, fire, mechanical breakdown, acts of government or other agencies, war (whether declared or not), civil commotion, strikes, riots, burglaries, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other acts, omissions, or circumstances beyond the control of China Highlights. China 365 Travel shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, change in itinerary or partial or total cancellation of the tour, nor shall China 365 Travel or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries be liable for any additional costs or liabilities borne or incurred by members of the tour group as a result of any of the foregoing.

China 365 Travel shall not be liable if the client fails to comply with customs regulations.

China 365 Travel shall not be liable for the theft or loss of any client’s valuables or personal property due to the client’s negligence.

China 365 Travel reserves the right to change hotels, flights, trains or cruises, alter the itinerary, or cancel the trip prior to departure. In the event that China 365 Travel cancels any trip prior to its commencement, China 365 Travel is liable for a full refund of the amount paid by the client.

Many China 365 Travel tour packages include activities that require caution and attention. These activities include embarking and disembarking from boats, climbing mountains, plateaus and caves. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are at your own risk and China 365 Travel and its employees and agents are not liable for any acts or events occurring after its employees and agents have performed their duties and taken the necessary care.

China 365 Travel reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions in whole or in part at any time with or without notice.

9. Modification or termination of services

China 365 Travel reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.
